1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The service was not delivered due to an error on our part.
  • You cancel your appointment within the cancellation period outlined in Section 3.
  • Technical issues with the payment process resulted in duplicate charges.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already rendered.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice.
  • Non-refundable deposits for certain specialized services (where applicable).

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Include your full name, contact details, appointment date, and reason for the refund request.
  • Provide proof of payment, such as a receipt or transaction ID.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • For General Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
  • For Specialized Services: Cancellations for specialized services may have different terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to cancel within the specified period may result in no refund being issued.


4. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after your request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), alternative arrangements will be discussed.
