  • Cancellation Window: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable.

  • Any advance payments made for these services may be subject to a non-refundable deposit as part of the cancellation terms.

2. Return Policy for Medical Products
